How We Pull the Hawaiian Cowboy Latte
There is a reason the Hawaiian Cowboy is the first thing most folks point at when they belly up to the counter. It is espresso with a story: a little island, a little ranch, and a whole lot of macadamia.
Where it came from
We wanted a latte that tasted like the drive down Newport Blvd with the windows down: warm, a little sweet, unmistakably coastal. Macadamia milk gives it that toasty richness, and a touch of island honey rounds off the espresso’s edge. No syrups, no seed oils, nothing you cannot pronounce.
How the regulars order it
Hot in the morning, iced by noon. Ask for it saddled up and we will add an extra shot for the long days. Dog-friendly patio, of course — your pup drinks free from the water trough by the door.
Come pull up a chair. It is the drink everyone is ordering, and once you have had one, you will understand why.
