Our Story

Where the Shore
Meets the Range

Salty Horse lives inside a restored 1938 feed barn on Newport Blvd — its bones still rough timber and warm brick, its spirit pure coastal-cowboy. We serve the neighborhood from sunup to sundown: coffee runs before the surf, late breakfasts that stretch into lunch, and elevated dinners when the sky turns gold.

This is your third place. The spot everyone ends up, without needing a reason. Bring the dog. Pull up a chair. Stay a while.

WELCOME TO THE BARN

THE NEW HOT SPOT
ON NEWPORT BLVD

Breezy beach vibes meet rugged ranch soul. Salty Horse is where the neighborhood starts its morning, meets for lunch, and lingers past sunset — coffee in hand, dog at your feet, the whole coast feeling a little more like home.

A BARN FULL OF OPEN ROAD

Timber, brick and ochre tile. A shaded patio that fills with regulars and first-timers alike. We restored this old feed barn into a room that feels like the best parts of the coast and the canyon at once.
